 Spot

I've always loved dotted or "spotted" fabrics and like to use them in my quilts.  To me they are happy fabrics.  When I decided to make a
leopard, I knew I had to use spotted fabrics.  The background is pieced with various black and dark colored fabrics.  Spot is fused and machine
appliquéd.  Skill level is intermediate.  Size 38.5" x 32.5".

Zoey

I started working on a zebra over a year ago and it just wouldn't come together, so I put it away.  Sometimes things just have to percolate for awhile.  When I got out my zebra drawings this year, it just came together and Zoey was "born".  This quilt is fused and machine appliqued and designed for an intermediate level quilter.

Item # bjzo-28, Suggested Retail, $15.50

specific breed but a composite of many fish. It is machine appliquéd and
designed for an intermediate quilter.

Item #bjfi-26 Suggested Retail price $15.50

 Gretta

I've been asked by several people to design a bear wall quilt.  Thus, Gretta was "born".  She is suppose to be a young Grizzly bear, however, with white fabrics she could be a polar bear.  A full size cartoon is included in the pattern.  The size is 40" x 33".

Ellie

Sweet, sweet Ellie looks like a baby elephant even though she has tusks (black & white dots). I’ve always loved elephants, (who hasn’t) so she kind of lumbered into my imagination. Many quilters have made her for a nursery or child’s room.
Ellie is made with bright whimsical fabrics on a batik background. She is fused and machine appliquéd. A full size cartoon is included in the pattern.  The size is 35" x 34".

Item # bjel-06, Suggested Retail, $15.50

Kandy

When I first thought about creating a kangaroo, I planned to use reds, oranges and yellows.  But then as I selected fabrics for Kandy, I kept grabbing cool colors.  Some quilts just have a mind of their own.....  I used batiks for the entire quilt.  A full size cartoon of Kandy is included with the pattern.  Size 38" x 38"

Item #bjka-16, Suggested Retail  $15.50

Camille (revised pattern)

The next animal pattern that I planned to create after Morley was a zebra. While I was struggling with a concept, Camille just pushed her way into my brain and sketchpad and said “I’m next” and so Camille was “born”. I think she’s delightful but somewhat sassy. I created her with bright fabrics similar to Morley but have seen her created with holiday fabrics and used as a holiday wall-hanging.  Size is 35" x 32".

Item # bjca-05,  Suggested Retail,  $15.50

GerriAnn

GerriAnn is a little more “uptown” than her other pattern friends. In her case I let the floral fabric tell me how to “dress” her. The sky is a batik with horizontal lines and the earth a cotton fabric with slight color changes in a horizontal direction. A full size cartoon is included with pattern. She was fused and machine appliquéd.  Size is 43" x 23".

Item # bjge-07, Suggested Retail,  $15.50
